Very successful conclusion of the project during its final physical transnational partners’ meeting in Istanbul, Turkiye

The final physical transnational partners’ meeting of our project was held in the period 19-21 April 2026 in Istanbul, Turkiye. The meeting was hosted by WINSS: World Innovative Sustainable Solutions, Turkiye in cooperation with Eyüpsultan District Directorate of National Education (EYUPSULTAN ILCE MILLI EGITIM MUDURLUGU), Turkiye.

The meeting was chaired by prof. Dsc Dora Levterova-Gadjalova from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” with a full representation by all partners. Special guest to the meeting was prof. PhD Galin Tzokov – Director of the National Institute of Education of the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science, who has a crucial role in the exploitation and sustainability of the project and its results.

During the meeting days the partners concluded onto the piloting phase realisation in Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal and Turkiye, where 955 (instead of preliminary targeted 350) recent and future teachers have been trained and certified via the project course curriculum and training modules.

The partners also celebrated the oficialisation/accreditation of the project results in the four countries, which ensures they introduction into the regular activities of the involved universities as well as will guarantee the sustainability and usability in the next years.

Special part of the meeting was dedicated to the overview of the Community of Practice on national and European level, which was presented by Dr. Yanka Takeva – Chairwoman of the Bulgarian Teachers’ Union – the biggest teachers’ syndicate in Bulgaria.

The partners reviewed also the quality assurance and internal evaluation processes as well as the dissemination and exploitation of the project including the produced 4 joint scientific articles based on the project realisation as reported by UNED, AMPAT, IPB, PU and BIST.
